JX-320 Self-adhesive modified bitumen waterproof membrane with cross-laminated PE film is a multi-layer composite waterproofing material with superior performance developed by Xinjingxi Company. It is mainly composed of multi-layered strong cross-laminated membrane, high-performance self-adhesive rubber asphalt adhesive, polymer self-adhesive (non-asphalt-based), anti-adhesive layer, and isolation layer. The membrane has the characteristics of high dimensional stability, thermal stability, bidirectional tear resistance, high strength and high elongation, and produces cross-linking reaction with post-cast concrete. At the same time, physical adsorption and mortise and tenon effect are produced during the cement curing process, so that the membrane and post-cast concrete are firmly bonded together and not easy to be detached, forming an all-round, firmly sealed waterproof layer with "gain effect".

Features
The waterproof layer acts directly on the concretestructure layer. The non-asphalt-based adhesive coated on the surface of themembrane can be tightly bonded with the post-poured concrete to block the waterseepage channel.

One roll of material can meet the first-level defenserequirements. It has low requirements for the working base and can easilycomplete the construction on a damp base surface, which can save 7 to 14 daysof construction time.

Installation
Pre-applied method.
Application
It is mainly used for basement floors and side walls.
Notes
1. The maintenance of the base layer shall meet therequirements of design and specifications; various embedded pipes shall beembedded and sealed in advance according to the design specifications; the Yinand Yang corners of the base layer shall be processed as required; there shallbe no visible water on the base surface during construction. If there isaccumulated water, it shall be cleared before construction.
2. After laying the membrane, pay attention to thesubsequent protection of the membrane, and try to handle the steel bars withcare; during the process of tying the steel bars, if you use a crowbar to movethe steel bars, you should set up a wooden pad for temporary protection toavoid damaging the waterproof membrane.
3. During the steel bar welding process, in order toprevent welding slag from scalding the coil, water can be sprinkled on thesurface of the coil.
4. During the subsequent construction of thewaterproof layer, if the waterproof layer is accidentally damaged, the roll canbe cut into discs with a diameter of not less than 100mm and pasted on thedamaged area to repair the waterproof layer.
Storage and transportation
1. During transportation and storage, products ofdifferent types and specifications should be stacked separately and should notbe mixed.
2. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and payattention to ventilation. The storage temperature should not be higher than45°C. The stacking height of the coiled materials should not exceed 5 layerswhen stored flat, and should be stacked in a single layer when stored upright.
3. Prevent tilting or lateral pressure duringtransportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary.
4. Under normal transportation and storage conditions,the storage period is at least 1 year from the date of production.
