JX-916 Water-based rubberized asphalt waterproof coating for exposed roof

Overview

JX-916 Water-based rubberized asphalt waterproof coating is aself-developed high-performance single-component water-based waterproofcoating. It is mainly made of liquid rubber material, combined with anti-agingagents, additives and pigments and fillers to form an exposed waterproofcoating with high elasticity and high heat resistance.

Features

1. Single component, ready for use right out of thebucket, for efficient construction.

2. The paint has a dense and uniform texture and can beapplied by roller, spray roller or scraper. It is easy to apply the paint witha certain thickness and only   coats are needed to meet the standardrequirements.

3. The dry film has high strength and is non-stickyduring construction, making subsequent operations easier.

4. It is asphalt-based like asphalt membranes, has goodcompatibility and full adhesion effect; combined with asphalt self-adhesivemembranes, cold construction can be achieved throughout the process.

5. No primer required, repair base layer to preventwater seepage.

6. High elongation and crack resistance.

For every millimeter of coating film thickness, thecoating usage is approximately 2.2~2.6kg/㎡ .

Application

It is suitable for roofing projects, undergroundprojects, renovation and maintenance projects of new buildings. It is alsosuitable for waterproofing and sealing treatment of special-shaped parts,detailed nodes and other areas of buildings.

Notes

1 The coating must be completely dry before water canbe stored . It is not suitable for outdoor construction in rainy, foggy andsnowy weather.

2 This product softens at high temperatures.Construction under high temperatures may cause sticking to the feet. It isrecommended to apply in the morning and evening in summer or hot weather.

3 When carrying out the next construction process,care must be taken not to damage the waterproof coating layer to avoidaffecting the coating effect.

Storage & Transportation

1 The suitable storage and transportation temperatureof the product is 5℃~40℃. Store in a cool and ventilated place. Shelf life is 6months.

2 Please pay attention to sun protection, rainprotection and fire prevention.
