Product Overview

JX-909 acrylic waterproof coating for metal roof is a single-component water-based waterproof coating used on metal roofs. It uses acrylic emulsion as the main raw material and is made by adding other additives. This coating integrates the functions of metal roof anti-corrosion, anti-rust, waterproofing, and heat insulation, and forms a tough, soft, and seamless polymer coating on the surface of the base layer.

Reference Dosage

For every millimeter of coating film thickness, the paint usage is about 1.8 kg/㎡.

Notes

1. It is strictly forbidden to add water to dilute the paint .

2 The construction temperature is 5℃-35℃. Construction is not allowed when the temperature is below 0℃ or on rainy days .

3. The interval between two constructions shall not exceed 24 hours .

Storage & Transportation

1 This product is packaged in plastic barrels with a capacity of 25 kg/barrel.

2 This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. It should be protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing during transportation.

3 This product should be stored in a ventilated, dry place, and away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not be lower than 5°C and must not be lower than 0℃.

4 Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 6 months .
