Overview
JX-906 one-component polyurethane waterproof coatingis a high-molecular flexible waterproof coating made by reactingmultifunctional polyether and isocyanate and adding other auxiliary materials.After coating according to the construction process, it solidifies when exposedto moisture in the air to form a highly elastic, seamless waterproof coating.
The coating is packaged in a single component withhigh solid content. It does not require the use of two or more materials duringconstruction, thus avoiding the quality impact of on-site batching due tomeasurement errors. It can be cold-applied to various complex parts withoutjoints at room temperature, with natural leveling, high bonding strength, andconvenient and safe construction. The coating film has excellent tensilestrength and elongation, and is cold-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant,and aging-resistant; it does not contain harmful substances such as benzene,which is beneficial to environmental protection and health.

ReferenceDosage
For every 1.5 mm thick coating film, the paint usageis approximately 2.3 ~ 2.7 kg / ㎡.
Application
It is suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofingof various underground projects, roofs, walls, kitchens and bathrooms,reservoirs, etc., as well as subways, tunnels, roads and bridges. It can bedirectly constructed on dry masonry, mortar, concrete, metal surfaces andvarious insulation layers and waterproof layers, and can be used for pipelinecorrosion protection.
Notes
1 The construction temperature should be between 5℃and 35℃.
2. Opened paint must be used up within 1 hour.
3 When using, do not add water or other materials tothis product.
4 Please take appropriate protective measures duringconstruction, such as gloves.
5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited, contact withwater is prohibited, and direct sunlight is avoided.
6. Pay attention to ventilation during construction.Non-construction personnel are prohibited from entering the site, andcross-operation with open flames such as electric welding is not allowed.
