Overview

JX-905JS polymer cement waterproof coating is a two-componentwater-based building waterproof coating (JS waterproof coating for short) madeof acrylic polymer emulsion and cement as the main raw materials and otheradmixtures. This product is a new generation of environmentally friendlywaterproof coating, free of solvent pollution, non-flammable, non-toxic,odorless, and pollution-free; it has the dual excellent properties of polymersand inorganic substances: aging resistance, low-temperature flexibility,resilience, high adhesion, water resistance and crack resistance; this productcan be constructed on a wet base surface, has a certain air permeability, highsolid content, and good compatibility with other waterproof materials. Theconstruction is simple, safe, short-term, and pollution-free.

ReferenceDosage

For every millimeter of coating film thickness, thepaint usage is approximately 2.0 to 2.4 kg/㎡.

Application

It is widely used in waterproofing andmoisture-proofing of roofs, walls, kitchens and bathrooms, undergroundprojects, pools, bridges, etc. in various construction projects, as well as therenovation and repair of old roofs and walls. It can also be used as an adhesiveand exterior wall decorative coating. It can be directly constructed on basesurfaces such as brick, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, hard plastic, foamboard, gypsum board, etc., and is suitable for exposed and non-exposedwaterproofing projects.

Notes

1 The temperature must be above 5℃ during theconstruction of this product. Construction should not be carried out in rainyweather or when there is clear water on the base.

2 The waterproof coating should be completely drybefore surface decoration construction can be carried out. The complete dryingtime is about 2 days, and the time should be appropriately extended in a humidenvironment.

3 Each time the waterproof coating is prepared, itshould be used up within 3 hours. Do not add water and reuse it after itbecomes thick and hard.

Storage & Transportation

1 The powder component of the product is packaged in awoven bag lined with a plastic bag, and the liquid component is packaged in asealed plastic barrel or an iron barrel lined with a plastic bag.

2 This product is a non-flammable and non-explosivematerial and can be transported as general cargo. It should be protected fromexposure to sunlight and freezing during transportation.

3 The storage temperature of liquid materials shouldbe above 5°C; powder materials should be stored in a dry place to avoidmoisture.

4 Under normal transportation and storage conditions,the product has a shelf life of 12 months.
