Overview

JX-904 one-component high elastic acrylic waterproofcoating is a one-component water-emulsion waterproof coating made of polymeracrylic emulsion as the main raw material, with inorganic powder and otheradditives added.

This product is a new generation of environmentallyfriendly waterproof coating, free of solvent pollution, non-toxic, odorless,and pollution-free. This product has excellent physical properties, highelasticity, high strength, high adhesion, acid resistance, alkali resistance,high temperature resistance, UV resistance and other aging resistance; it hasexcellent thermal dimensional stability, low temperature flexibility, waterresistance and crack resistance. This product has high solid content, good compatibilitywith other waterproof materials, simple and safe construction, shortconstruction period and no pollution. It can also be constructed on a varietyof wet and dry base surfaces, and firmly bonded with various finishingmaterials. It can also be added with color to serve as a finishing material.

For every millimeter of coating film thickness, thepaint usage is approximately 2.2 ~ 2.6kg/㎡.

Application

It is widely used in waterproofing andmoisture-proofing of roofs, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc. invarious construction projects, as well as the renovation and repair of oldroofs and walls. It can also be used as an adhesive and exterior walldecorative coating, a protective layer for black waterproof roofs, and can bedirectly constructed on base surfaces such as brick, mortar, concrete, metal,wood, hard plastic, foam board, gypsum board, etc. It is suitable for exposedand non-exposed waterproofing projects.

Notes

1 Storage environment temperature should be above 5℃.

2 The temperature during construction must be higherthan 5℃. Construction should not be carried out in rainy weather or when thereis clear water on the base.

3. The waterproof coating should be completely drybefore surface decoration construction can be carried out.

Storage & Transportation

1 This product is packaged in plastic barrels with acapacity of 25 kg/barrel.

2 This product is a non-flammable and non-explosivematerial and can be transported as general cargo. It should be protected fromexposure to sunlight and freezing during transportation.

3 This product should be stored in a ventilated, dryplace, and away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not belower than 5°C and must not be lower than 0°C.

4 Under normal storage and transportation conditions,the storage period is 1 year.
