Product Overview
JX-200 HDPE pre-laid polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is a polymer pre-laid waterproofing membrane with HDPE (high-density polyethylene) sheet as the base film, and a single-sided polymer self-adhesive film layer and an anti-sticking particle protective layer.
The post-poured concrete undergoes a cross-linking reaction with the self-adhesive film layer in the membrane, and at the same time physical adsorption and mortise and tenon effects occur during the cement curing process, which causes the membrane to firmly bond with the post-poured concrete, forming a fully sticky waterproof layer on the surface of the concrete structure, thereby blocking water seepage channels and improving the quality of building waterproofing.
Features
Excellent mechanical properties. The roll sheet is made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), which is characterized by high tensile strength at break and tear strength. The film has good water resistance. It can meet the waterproof requirements of the first and second level waterproof projects when used in a single layer.
Good bonding performance, using the pre-laid reverse bonding method to form a fully bonded waterproof structure with the main body of the concrete structure, eliminating the hidden danger of water leakage.
Shorten the construction period, use the empty paving method, and it will not be affected by the damp base surface, which has obvious advantages in rainy season construction.
Reverse bonding, no need for waterproof protective layer, people can directly tie steel bars and pour concrete.
It has excellent impact resistance and puncture resistance, and can withstand the impact of construction loads and steel skeletons directly acting on it.
Acid, alkali and salt resistant, and chloride ion resistant. The performance of the coil is hardly affected in general saline-alkali land or acid rain areas.
Green and environmentally friendly, it uses white virgin materials (granules) as raw materials. The sheets are pure white and can be recycled.
