Overview
JX-700 self-adhesive polymer-modified asphalt waterproof membrane is made of polyester non-woven fabric as the base, SBS, SBR and tackifying resin modified asphalt as the dipping material, polyethylene film (PE), fine sand or isolation film as the isolation layer on the upper surface of the membrane, and isolation film attached to the lower surface as the anti-sticking isolation material. It can be self-adhesive, wet-laid or used to form a composite waterproof system with rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
Features
The long-fiber polyester felt is used as the reinforcing carcass, giving the product excellent tensile strength, fatigue resistance, puncture resistance and corrosion resistance.
It can achieve full adhesion between the coil and the base layer.
Excellent low-temperature flexibility and large elongation, and strong applicability to base layer expansion, contraction or cracking deformation.
Good self-healing property. Under the action of building load gravity, it can repair linear or point damage on the surface of the roll by itself.
Long-lasting bonding and sealing, the roll material joints are overlapped by glue, which is more reliable.
Safe and environmentally friendly, self-adhesive construction, no need to use fire, avoid environmental pollution and fire hazards, and save energy.

Installation
Self-adhesive or self-adhesive with rubber asphalt waterproof coating to form a composite waterproof system.
Application
It is suitable for underground waterproofing projects and non-exposed roof waterproofing projects.
Notes
1. Before the roll material is installed, avoid exposure to the sun to prevent the temperature from being too high and the isolation film from being difficult to tear.
2. The joints of the roll materials should be dense.
3. Operations should be stopped in severe or extreme weather conditions such as gale force 5 or above, rain, snow, etc.
4. Before constructing the waterproof layer, the embedded parts must be installed and fixed to avoid drilling holes after the waterproof layer is constructed, which will damage the waterproof layer and leave hidden dangers of leakage .
5. After the roll material is laid, areas that are directly exposed to the sun for more than three weeks should be covered and protected with plastic sheets or other materials.
Storage and transportation
1. When storing flat, the stacking height should not exceed 5 layers. When storing upright, the stacking should be in a single layer. The storage temperature should not exceed 45℃.
2. Prevent tilting or lateral pressure during transportation, and cover with felt cloth if necessary.
3. During storage and transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, pay attention to ventilation, and keep away from fire sources.
4. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is at least 1 year from the date of production.
